How do you unlock the third costume? I have the first two, have seen endings A B & C, created all the traps, and filled out the Death Log (I know that's not what it's called, but that's what I like to refer to it as). I've gotten up to level 6 or 7 on my newest playthrough after doing all this... Is there maybe a fourth ending I have to see first, or do I just get it if I go a little further into the story like with the Reina costume? Or do I have to see all the Dark Illusions? Cause I only know the Man-Eating Music Box and Seal of Eternity...
