Has anyone noticed that the commentators and some players swear when u make a bad shot?? I've been called a c**t twice for missing the fairway and once my golfer said "don't go in the *bleep*ing sand" when it was heading for a bunker. I'm being totally serious as well.

It is not true. At least not in the USA version.

Although on TW '04, there was a hole on the Predator where you would hear a rustling in the woods area and then you would hear a man's voice say, "Hold still" and then you would hear a pig squeal.

I will have to play '04 again and figure out which hole and then tell you guys. It happened more than once at the same spot on that hole. I usually cut the corner on the dogleg, so I found it by luck one day when I hit to a different part of the fairway.

I remember that. Was very wierd when i first came across it. And on one of the holes at Sahalee CC, big foot was hiding behind a tree. it was on a par 3 I think. no. 17.

I wasn't sure if I heard it correctly. I had to play that course again and hit in in the same spot after the tee shot and sure enough, I heard it again. My brother didn't believe me but thought it was hysterical when he finally heard it.

I remember Bigfoot. I haven't seen anything like that in '06 yet.

Hopefully there will be one or two weird things to liven the game up, but too many would make it stupid.

One of the commentators (Fairway Farrity) said that if he was to say truly what he thought of that particular shot, that the game would lose its E rating.

In 2005 I was called a moron for hitting the ball from the bunker to the water, but that's the worst I've heard.

it's absolutely true!! Some scottish bloke comes on and starts swearing at you for messing up. He's called me a c**t, a moron and also said "you're in the *bleep*ing bunker". I live in England so maybe it's made its way on to our copy but not yank ones??

This is quite bad for a game form EA. Whats the rating for the game, 3+? Any kid oculd buy the game. I don't have it yet, but does the guy swear at you if you hit a bad shot, or have a bad round?

I've heard him say "stay on the fairway" and I'm also certain that he doesn't say the C-word.

To clear this up:

There is no swearing on the game. However, there is a Scottish man, who, every so often, can be heard saying things like, "Hey Jimmy, the fairway's oor that way!" and " Not over there, ya quilt", if you hit a bad shot.
The most offensive thing I have been called buy this mystery Scotsman is a moron. But there is NO swearing on the game.
