	Play multiplayer a lot with your friends you must both have at least 3 stars you must both have completed the game you must beat your friend with an S rank And the you might get a random chip out of chips 251-260(including fighter sword)

	Yeah another thing is that you have to net-battle your friends a lot. You won't get the rare chips that fast.
