I would like to clarify I may play games but I am not that literate when it comes to writing software so my views are purely from a gamer/consumer stand point. 1. Initial introduction was Horrible. ( I will give the developer props that he was on the defensive from a hostile poster) But in my experience this is not acceptable to chase off potential customers 2. Service has been prompt since purchase; communication is fast. 3. The bot works on an older version of Blue Stacks (this was not disclosed nor do I believe the developer knew Blie Stacks changed its main page layout.) 4. Initially the Bot could not pass the first pop up box on log in (the developer resolved this with an updated version of the bot) Again I was told I should have stated this; no where during the purchase is this information requested. it is my believe the bot was operating on an older version of RoB. 5. The bot is supposed to log in into multiple accounts 1 at a time leveling them as far as it can then logging out an into the next one.(I have yet to get this to work.) I will give the developer credit as my personal work schedule has prevented me from contacting them to see if there is a resolution to this issue. 6. I feel the Bot is very slow and I was told the bot is limited to the ability of the computer I am using. I am not sure what that means but slow is slow and my personal Laptop is pretty powerful and my work laptop is not a slouch. (Again the developer seems to know that and is working to make his product better) 7. The developer is providing updates to current customers and has a forum designated to their product. Using a scale of 1-5 I will give the product a 3 if the bot speed is increased and the multiple account leveling begins to work I would move this score to a 4 - 4.5 Gigaplex thank you for your hard work and providing a service some of us (me) could not begin to develop.

	this guy has serious mental problems, i was merely pointing out that on my side my payment has been cleared and that he has an unverified paypal account and i have a verified one and maybe thats why paypal did hold. check out his responses on email: Hello, Your order will be canceled the second their review is over.
