This is a moderator-maintained list of users who have been banned from trading at Neoseeker. Although we strive to ensure that all claims of poor trading that appear here have been looked into as far as reasonably practical by the moderating staff, we do not give any assurances about the correctness, completeness or currency of this information.

We do make an effort to ensure instances of problematic trading claims have been witnessed independently and are backed up with evidence before adding people to this list. We also make an effort to resolve claims in private first. The maintainers of this list are entirely independent and unassociated with other traders here. Please note, however, that the commentary and conclusions drawn on users appearing within the list merely reflect an opinion influenced by dialogues and reports presented by other users within the community. Those appearing on the list are not implicated or suggested as being guilty of any offenses by the moderation team; the list is merely a central compilation of traders who appear to have received negative feedback from others and who, at our discretion as is our right to do so as a private company, have been banned from participating here as a result.

This ban list is presented in good faith to ensure the viability of our RMT communities in the long term and enhance the experience of those using them. By participating in our RMT boards you acknowledge and accept that your details may appear here entirely at our discretion. We will not be held liable for indirect damage, reputation damage, loss of profit or income or any financial or commercial damage as a result. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.

If you feel you have had a bad trading experience and want us to look into the matter further, the first step you could take is using the post report feature in the bottom right-hand corner of the message advertising the sale and notifying us of the situation in the "reason" field:

If you are listed here, you will have been contacted by a member of site staff by NeoPM or email making you aware of that fact. We expect you to work with us to resolve any outstanding conflicts with users here or provide a good reason why you feel you've been unfairly listed. You may discuss your listing via NeoPM with a moderator to resolve any issues or request an opportunity to respond to allegations by others in public if appropriate.
