character traits

i have been playing the sassanid empire and have noticed that most of my family members and even ones that i recruit(clibirini immortals) always end up having bad traits as far as management. i would say 80% of my generals have financially irregular, rarified tastes,embezzler,or some bad trait that has tax/trade penalties and negative management points. i cant figure out why this happens. i build academies/scriptorium/great school upgrades pretty early in my towns growth. i manage my towns pretty well and try to make sure there isnt corruption? i think that it might be somehow related to the trade caravan upgrade or that damn artist retinue that my generals seem to get everwhere they go! so hmmm.... i just dont know.

too much money for managment, hit the 50 K mark they get a touch greedy, as for command you need to use your general even if its just hunting down routing units. if they really suck, "accidentally" get them killed in battle so they dont have kids with these traits.
