	Eh, to discover? Festival is an equipped function for all three character's cameras. Once obtained and equipped, all cameras' charge meters are always set at max value and will always shoot a Fatal Frame, even if the ghost is not on its Fatal Frame position. In addition, Rei and Kei's Cameras will get infinite supply of spirit points, and Miku's Sacred Stone will not lose it's spiritual charge. It is mostly a post-game trophy, cause it has no real use since it is given you after you beat everything on the game. -------------------
