i tried to download it on my other computer and a meassage comes up saying "Could not create Graphics Device. Direct X is univailible. [1002] I have installed direct x on my computer though.

Do you have the latest version on direct x?

i have already installed directx 10

try reinstalling or if that doesnt work a good old fashion reboot could fix the problem like it does with so many in windows.

Did you reinstall both directx and scc?

If you did then try going to this website and select the Spore Creature Creator test. It will tell you if your computer can actually run the game and if not what the cause and solution are.
