planning [ Planning ] Final Fantasy NeoWiki

Hi All,

I really want to try and get the Final Fantasy Portal Ported over to the Wiki so that we can make finalfantasy.neo link directly to the Wiki, I'm hoping that I can find some volunteers to help me.

In any case, also use this thread to discuss any topics/issues within the Wiki that you need input on. These threads seem to work a lot better than the Talk Pages, that's for sure

I wouldn't mind lending a hand porting stuff over. What needs doing?

Forgot to put (FFXI) in the page name, and there's something wrong with the markup.

Namely in the FFXI section?

Honestly.... they're friggin amazing But now I'm going to have to go and convert the already done tables to match the format, it's that good

gah...I just got back from a long weekend away and just found the thread. I moved all the paladin pages back into the one. The thing I was thinking was that the NeoWiki would have a style different than other FF wikis. I personally don't think the page looks all that cluttered (or a little housekeeping could take care of that). Of course, if everyone else likes the separate pages better, then I certainly have no problem setting it back to separate pages.

I'm gonna play around with that page for a few minutes and see if it can be cleaned up a bit. Also, would this conversation also apply to other pages like Ifrit?


EDIT: I tried a little, but not much could be done. I assume you are referring to the tables when you say "cluttered", which of course can't be changed. Shall I recreate the FFXI & FFTA2 pages? Does FFTA have more info coming? If not, then I think that one can stay where it is since it's only one table.

Well if you guys like it better that way than I won't complain. ^^

And yes,the FFTA Paladin/Soldier do need a lot more info. than they do now which I'll add soon.

Also, can we at least seperate the Paladin (FFXI)? It has a lot more tables and information left as well.

Well whilst I restored the pages, I decided to replace the information it had with the information located on the 'unsplit' paladin page, which I felt was better, and in my opinion looks much better now. Please do take a look at the pages and make changes as you see fit.

I've also deleted the current Paladin page, and replaced it with the opening description from before (which I must say was quite something) and links to the three other games versions of the page- FFXI, FFTA & FFTA2. So please do take a look and see if you like the way I've done it.

I've also left the gallery as it is, and even added a Gallery section to the FFTA2 version of the page...
