I'd prefer them not to be in spoilers. There are tables for space saving if need be.

If I can get Tekmosis to add some code to common.js then we won't need to use spoilers to hide things.

There's a common collapsibility feature that many MediaWiki installations are using. tekmosis just hasn't made the NeoWikis use it. For the time being, the only functionality we have for collapsing things are the spoiler tags.

Guys, I've just got a suggestion here.

So after seeing the current state of the wiki, I decided I might as well help out. I was then given a notification that I needed to inform the respective persons so there are no dramas.

I have no objection here, but is it possible that this could be made a bit more obvious on the front page of the wiki?

All announcements for the past few months have been made in this thread. The only reason we haven't put an announcement on the main page is because the project isn't even underway yet (you caught us at a bad time, basically). But after tonight, the Pokémon page project will be well underway with a new layout to be posted on every page. Besides, I put a link to Help:Major Projects on the front page...sorry if people fail to notice it even though it's in <h2> tags...

Basically, watch this space.

Would you guys mind if I implemented this? It's a different template, but it could work for things like colosseums. PBR battles (example on my Pokemon user page) could also be put in here.

Major Projects is there, but it doesn't actually state that people need to be informed before contributions are made. I'm suggesting that there be a notice informing potential contributors that people need to be notified before contributions are actually made, rather than being given a notification after the contribution is made.

Like I said, the project is yet to happen. The Major Projects page is going to be updated when the layout is finished tonight, and the main page appropriately. The only reason Dragoon felt the need to add to your talk page is because the project hasn't actually started yet, and we (stupidly) weren't expecting people to contribute until then.

For the record, nobody needs to be informed before making a contribution. That's just stupid.

Eh fixed itself, permanently (I hope). Last night the hosting company was having problems...

Anyway, to create a sample you need to:

Find an MP3 or a Youtube video (Extension (firefox) to download: http://www.free-video-downloader.com/)

Download it

Open audacity

Delete up to 30sec of the track

Select a bit of the end

Go to effects -> fade out

Export as mp3

upload to my site will come when I get the uploader script working.
