iPod symbols/icons

I have done a great deal of searching and spent a great deal of time looking for a place where I could find a complete list of the symbols/icons used on iPods. I have failed so far, but before I give up, I am making one last flurry of efforts. It seems absurd that no such site exists. If there is one, please let me know where I can find it. Yes, I've tried Apple Forum, Appple Care Protection Plan Technicians, an iPod manual, and several other places. I found one site where they actually showed the symbols, but only a few. I also found several other sites that showed no synbols but did describe a handful of symbols/icons. That's not nearly enough.

I want to know the answer also...
