Microsoft new mp3 or Ipod

I see people at school with those new Microsoft mp3 players and I was just wondering are they better then Ipod. Because I got myself a 30g this Christmas but now I'm wondering if I should have bought a Zune. witch one is better an Ipod or Zune?

iPod.

In the iPod you can watch movies, TV shows, Pictures, Contacts, Music, and more on the iPod... Zunes can only play muisc i think... I never seen these Zunes before, but iPods are way better than MP3 players.

EDIT: Acterly after looking at the Zune website, i think that a Zune is better than a iPod now i don't know weather to get a ipod or a Zune...

zunes are tight if u have a 360 also because im pretty sure hey sync music/etc wirelessly to ur xbox 360 as well as other zunes, i have an ipod but got it before i knew about zunesor if they were even out yet.

The current version of the Zune isn't all that great by any standards. If you have some extra cash lying around and you want a truly wifi media player, aim far Archos' far superior Archos 604 WiFi.

You can't use the Zune as hard drive, it doesn't have gapless playback, and you can't "share" 40% of Zune Marketplace tracks. If you use any music service other than the Zune Marketplace to download songs then you should also avoid the Zune since it won't play those (even if they are Microsoft's own play for sure DRM). Even my two year old gmini 402 can do that.

If you are one of those who hates DRM, the Zune slaps it onto all of your tracks even if they didn't have DRM to begin with. If you hate the RIAA one dollar from each Zune goes directly into the pockets of Universal. They believe that the Zune will be used to play pirated music.
