	Log in to remove this advertisement Hi, I am getting really annoyed with this. I have always used a photo ipod 30GB, but I now have a video one. However when I try to add videos to the ipod itunes tells me that not all songs were added to the ipod because they cannot be played on this ipod. Also, when I go to preferences the video area is greyed out. What can I do? I have reinstalled the software, and itunes itself. I have restored the ipod, updated it to 1.1.1, and I have looked through all the online tutorials, but I still can't do it. My friends ipod also has the same problem on my PC. WHY? PLEASE, PLEASE HELP - I'm going out of my mind!

	Never mind matt i found out you have to convert your videos using a converter such as cucusoft download that off of bear share, limewire etc... and it will convert your videos so it can be played on this ipod This message was edited by systemofatak on Jun 01 2006.
