They said that the battery would only last a couple of hours while playing video, nothing to worry about, it just takes a lot to power the beautiful vivid blindingly bright miracle that is the Video Ipod's screen

It seems to be working well now, maybe I just didn't fully charge it,
 but:Do people keep your Ipod in the charger all the time, or once charged do you disconnect it. I don't know which is the proper way to keep it charged.... Thanks | |

Yes, that is what I thought because the screen is "active" when charging/completed charging. You make a good point about the charging cycles...I wonder how many there are in an average unit, but I suppose that is another post
