Log in to remove this sponsored message Pretty much Apple tried to sue iFone (a mexican phone company) for copywrite infringement because the name sounds too similar to the iPhone. The problem is, iFone was tradmarked in mexico 4 years BEFORE the iPhone was trademarked. Their plan backfired and now iFone is sueing for 40% of mexican iPhone profits and apple can no longer sell iPhones in mexico.  -------------------
