	There has to be a Documents and Settings folder. Open your C:\ drive ("Local Disk C"). If there really isn't one, do you see an "Users" folder in the root? -------------------

	Okay we are going to do things differently: Start > Search. Search for all files that have the extension ".ipsw". That's the update extension, and if you downloaded it, it should be somewhere in your computer. -------------------

	download the update again, only this time save it to your temp or desktop until you're done with it. screw around with organizing your folders later.

	I just installed redsn0w, and I tried to open the file. It says that it cannot find the program to open the file. What should I do? And I tried quickfreedom, and it crashed my computer.
