	Log in to remove this sponsored message Hi, not sure if this is in the right place but couldn't find anywhere else to put it. I've tried to install itunes and everything goes fine untill it says that "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package Itunes.msi in the box below". I should probably also add that this seems to be when removing old copies of itunes. I've tried removing it manually in the "add and remove" program but get the same message. Any ideas? Thanks

	Hmmm....did you by any chance download some iTunes plug-in that allows you to change the skin? If so, that's your problem. I had that a while back and it just wouldn't load up. You need to erase any traces of those files from your computer and then install iTunes again.

	If all else fails try going into Windows Explorer and manually delete the iTunes file yourself, then try re-installing it. If you still have problems after that, try what strangely worked for me before when attempting to put on a new version of it-restart your PC and try running iTunes.
