	If you're talking about movies you have on physical DVDs, you have to download and use special software to rip them from DVDs and convert them to iPod format.

	You kinda have to look around and see what's out there. While there is a bit of free software out there you can use, some of it either you have to pay for or is only trial/shareware, which you can use free for a while then you have to pay to keep using it.

	Ripping DVDs isn't necessarily illegal. Breaking encryption schemes in order to rip them is illegal. As long as programs aren't being linked to directly I won't stop the topic.
