Hey there. If you're interested in requesting a new NeoWiki, please check out this thread.
I should probably point out that NeoWikis are generally based on a specific series, rather than a general theme such as "superheroes". If you're interested, there's already a Batman.Neo, and I think a few other superhero-based NeoWikis.  | |

As Duddz has rightly said, you need a series in order to create a wiki via the Special:CreateWiki function. A superheroes wiki would fall under the category of "General" due to not being tied down to a single universe / series, as such, Neoseeker doesn't allow General Wikis.
