If we're talking damage, then I think Kyril takes the cake because of his 3x rune ability. Normal attacks would probably have to go to Karl, especially if it's a cross-counter. If we're talking about characters who you can send alone to clear out the whole level, I'd have a hard time choosing between Karl, Kika, Sigurd, Mizuki, and Kate from the top of my head. All of these characters (and some others I'm sure, just can't remember ATM) can solo any level that doesn't have a golem on it or other misc. BS attacks like [SPOILER]Fishkas'[/SPOILER] simply because they can't be hit and can move enough to interrupt most spells while dealing good damage be it by normal attacks or by rune. Yeah, I was referring to the single most effective character. I still stand by my decision of Wendel. 	I have Lazlo, or Rhys as he's called on my file. I haven't used him much, but the first time I went to get him the idiot ran off and got killed by the crabs... >_>; Anyways, Rita is no longer my strongest character. It's now Sigurd who has almost triple the attack of my strongest character, by having a Beserker Belt equipped. And even with it, his accuracy never falls below 85% He's so awesome! 	Karl's good, but I prefer Lalacle. With a counter rune on, her cross counter hits, like, 99% of the time for me so long as she's not standing on electric element, and deals close enough to Karl's damage. In addition, she's FAR more likely to dodge ranged attacks than he is (second only to Kate for me), and her greater movement allows her to stray well beyond the rest of the party and draw enemies in for cross-countering. Throw a killer rune and ring on her after lvl 40 (Karl only gets 2 rune slots- she has 3) and watch her dole out the DOOM. Kate's the only one I feel comfortable putting a Warrior Rune on, since she dodges every single physical attack anyway.

	You can only recruit Lalacle on a new game plus though. You can't do it on the first playthrough, so it's basically useless, because you can't use her on your first play through. ------------------- Once you kill a cow... ...you gotta make a burger.

	Well, i got many strongest's. No, Kyril is not good enough for me, because - 1. He misses so much 2. In a long phase of the game he is weaken like a level 5 character with 150 of attack that dodges everything 3. He's SLOW! And there are some more reasons, too. Well, but i sorta like Flare, because of - 1. She will be the best archer you'll see if you keep white armored owls with her after level 25 2. Her range.. godly 3. She's also fast Kika, too! 1. She has even a classify for each HP of enemies: normal attack for weakies, falcon slash for semi weakies, falcon thrust to regular ones, and falcon storm thrust to strongesties. 2. Fast 3. Dodges alot! okay, that's it

	After playing the game for some time, in my opinion, the Strongest Single Character is the Hero 4, why,let us see below:- 1- He has 5 combo(never seen anyone hits more than him). 2- Rune of Punishment, when you lvl him up to 40 and on his own terrain his Double edge Sword will PUNISH the enemy Severely. 3-Fast>>> 4-Critical like no one. 5-Saved many killable character. ------------------- ?
