Just wondering, has anyone completed the game? I'm pretty close to the end, but I'm stuck on 3rd Sin, I believe. (it's another one of those viruses with the spikes in the heart... those drive me nuts) How have the rest of you fared with the game?

You've still got the last few fights to go, the last one is pretty hard too. I don't know anyone (of my friends/co-workers) that have beat it besides me. *gloat/proud*

Nope, i'm no where near completing the game, sadly

I am on Chapter 5-3 - "shifting GUILT. Am trying to remove the membrane with the thorns that vaporise. It's drivin me nuts!!! No matter what I do I just seem to be making it worse not better. Have tried using the Healing Touch but doesn't seem to help at all.
Any suggestions?

I have not. I'm up to the part with the five patients. I can't even get past one without wasting a lot of valuable time. I have never used the healing touch at all, only when they tell me to which was way in the beginning.

I'm stuck on the operation where the aresiuesm's keep on rupturing, and you have to inject the O's with sedatives.

Fatmanjo, in the savato mission...don´t use you´re healing touch before dereke make his...(that one who never ends)...when he does, you do your´s and the savato will stop definetly. then, you eject the serum again and that´s it... (í needed 2 months to find it out )

Okay, im going to post some serious strategies. Okay, not that serious. all of these opinions are mine and mine only.

Kyriaki: Normal difficulty, just follow the normal routine, nothing special about Kyriaki.

Deftera: Use Antibiotic gel when the deftera are eating each other to stop others from interfering. Also, you can use it to block the GUILT into a corner where they eat each other. relatively easy.

Triti: this thing was a bitch at first, but after i got it down, it is really easy. use healing touch immediately and MAKE SURE YOU DRAW THE STAR REALLY GOOD OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! Extremely easy when you have it down.

Tetarti: Not so hard, just make sure you know how to match colors. You are older than a 2nd grader, aren't you? Easiest GUILT to pwn mercilessly.

Pempti: still a bitch, no real strategy for it yet, i only clear it with a B rank all of the time, and just barely keep the patient alive. EXTREMELY HARD!

Paraskevi: raise vitals as much as you can, then just go after it like you did when you operated on the Iron Vixen, Cybil Myers. Overall Difficulty: Easy/Medium.

Finally, The granddaddy of all GUILT, SAVATO.
Savato: Follow the general pattern, but keep the web from turning red, kill the blues as soon as you can, keep alternating between your laser, scalpel, and syringe. SUTURE EVERYTHING, PEOPLE!!! Honestly, i had to retry 17 (yes, i counted) times on X7:Savato. Difficulty: Because of the different stages, anywhere from Extremely Easy to Break-my-DS-hard.

I beat the game!!!!
A lot of people get stuck on savato, so i took the liberty of writing my savato sucess story.

To beat Savato, you must have a lot of patience, full focus, and a empty bladder.Seriously, i lost savato cuz i had to pee, and i did, and i opened my ds and i wasnt ready and the web turned red and killed me.(Cant a man go to the bathroom withoutgetting killed by savato anymore?)
1st part: The web.
Listen(or read) CAREFULLY. Cut the web strands. laser the bugs.
When savato spins his second web, DO Not I Repeat DO NOT
Touch the bugs AT ALL. You will have no time to kill the bugs and cut the web before it turns red. Simply ignore them. Basically, cut the strands with the scalpel, and in between scalpels, RESTORE VITALS!
If you dont, the oncoming blue bug respawning will wipe out your vitals.
So, restore vitals and cut the web. dont laser the bugs!

2. Savato Himself.

When you cut the whole web 3 times, the bugs will run like little children into savato and form his sheild.
Laser the shield without mercy. If bugs come up from the cuts, LASER THEM IMMEDIATLY!!! This time you have no incoming 50 vital damge web in your way, so you can spare some time.After melting the shield, Savato will run around like a guy who just got shocked.Cut him with your scalpel. Not a long cut, a short cut. Savato will stop moving. Laser him.Hell regain another shield. Laser it down, repeating step 2. Soon, he'll move so slow after being lasered down to his body with out the shield, you can inject him.
The most important part is that when you inject him, you vitals will drop to the low 30's. Wait until Derek uses the automatic healing touch. Then use your healing touch with the automatic one.
This is big: When i got savato down to the injection part, he lowered my vitals to 30's.
In a panic, i used my healing touch. However, The game had not used its automatic one yet. So i was screwed. WAIT UNTIL THE GAME USES THERE HEALING TOUCH FIRST!
When you combine healing touches, you will stop time. inject one more time with the savato killing serum.
Savato will act like he got tased. He will die and all cuts will disappear.
Suture the patient, gel and tape up.
You have beaten Trauma Center for The DS!
