How do you use some of the rewards like vehicle drop???

Vehicle drop? They drop automatically, performing tasks and capturing certain spawns may open up new ones but I am going to assume you mean Deployables. You need to use the deployment tool, engineers deploy turrets, spy's deploy radar and Field Ops deploys super weapons.

Hmmm, I dunno, I have not gone over the rewards and don't play this game anymore so I have not looked at it, if there is a Reward called it then I think there was a site that had a small describtion on each reward or something... but I can not remember where.

Vehicle Drops allow the drop of a GDF Husky or a Strogg Icarus depending on team. You can only drop a vehicle if you have enough charge and do not have a dropped vehicle out in the field.

Once you earn vehicle drops (from Vehicle EXP) you use your Context Menu and 9. This is what's normally the "I need a Pickup!" command. It gets replaced by a Vehicle Request Command.
