Shame, really. The early release date was going to give AoC an edge over WAR.

Since nobody has updated this forum yet, the new projected release date is May 20th, with open beta starting May 1st.

Pre-ordered my Collectors edition a couple of days ago! can't wait to play this with my BF.. I am going to be a Priest of Mitra and my bf is going to be a Conqueror! Should be fun!

in my opinion this is gonna blow all other MMO type games out of the water for a good while to come.

i plan to be a conqueror and basically fight in any battle that gives me some form of glory.

besides what are all the current MMOs missing? we all know the answer MOUNTED COMBAT FTW!!! and im a fan of the whole viking aptiture to this game.

I got my card for early access and my War Mammoth! I'm happy!

war mammoth? thanks ill stick with the horse.. easier to make formations. also i don't see how someone can attack somthing off a friggin mammoth other than trample the hell out of it. but hey whatever keeps you happy and my stalion out of that things way. i also love how they set up the combat system to this game, its just griund breaking the kind of control they give the player in this game.

I hope they fix the lag issues that are a plague on betas so you guys can trample each other =)

I've managed to get into a beta, and I'll say this: Its got good graphics at least.

Bugs galore and long load times are all in your future me thinks

ha. well me thinks i don't give a damn about the load times once you have played x-box TES:Morrowind load time is all trivial. and bugs galore? meh i can stomach it if its not like bugs from Starship troopers..... those things rape pplz.

Bugs are bound to occur especially in such a large game, they'll be fixed patch by patch and the loading times wont really be an issue.

thus is the legacy of WoW. but in all realism there will never be ANY game without error... eccept like...pong. but hey im going to enjoy this game period and nothing can stop that.
