Just got some news about Sly 4. Sucker Punch said they dont know yet and they are thinking about it.

Send them a email asking them to make another Sly Cooper. Some companys dont read it but Sucker Punch reads there email and they reply too.

I suppose its possible for a 4th one, they could play up that time machine idea Bently had.

I just beat the game now, I'm not really sure what I think about it. I was thinking that the percentage showed how much of the game I had completed, so I thought I had a lot more of the game to go when it ended. Sort of threw me for a loop, you know? Another game would be fun though.

A 4th version of Sly Cooper and the gang, huh? Not a bad idea! If there WAS a Sly Cooper 4 coming out, I'd be like, "Whoa! Sly 4!" Some people thought of naming it "The Thieving Games" in another forum. I'll allow Sucker Punch to think about some of their ideas.

I really don't think it will be the "Thieving Games" I mean come on, I could think up a better title. If I can thikn of a better title then Sucker Punch defenetly can.

I was thinking that a new installment could revolve around Sly and Carmelita's children or grandchildren.

Whomever it is is given a package with the Cooper symbol on it and they embark on an adventure of discovery. Along the way they encounter the Tsoa family, who have sworn the Cooper's extinction and they have to perfect their thieving skills just to survive!

This opens up a whole slew of possibilities. What if Bently had been fencing some of the loot from the vault to finance his experiments and the decendents have to track down and steal some of these items to defeat the villans.

Depending on what timeline you use, they could even end up looking up some of the members of Sly Cooper's team for information.

I dont really like any of the ideas.

I like where the current Sly games were going... Sly getting away, and possibly becoming a cop... Now, grant it, I wouldn't want that to be the game (sly beinga cop.)

But I think the story line continues to grow, and I dont want it to take a drastic change.

Also, about Arpeggio being revived... Sly Cooper is a relatively "realistic" game (sept... they are animals.) I think it'd be kind of stupid, and mollodramatic to revive Arpeggio.

I do hope there is a Sly 4 though... Stopping the story where it did is just plain mean. I do think it hints obviously at a Sly 4 though... Those of us emailing them, and getting the soft "we dont know yet" replies, could be just a cover up. I mean, Sly 3 WAS just released, and it would be kind of... dumb to ALREADY announce a Sly 4. (ecspecially with the release of PS3 so soon... They may just go ahead and wait till ps3 comes out, and release it then)

Till then, I'm just going to say I doubt it's going to take an unrealistic turn.

Bently uses his time machine, and Sly can now steal treasure from any year or month in history, or Sly can visit his ancestors.

a cool thing they could do in Sly 4 is have Bentley use that time machine he was working on at the end to visit former Coopers to witness their talents first hand. the best part: you could play as Sly's ancestors. now tell me that wouldn't be cool.

Since Suck Punch might create Sly 4, I don't like the way how Carmelita and Sly went off romantically even though Carmelita was supposed to hate Sly after all the times Sly stole many many things.

Maybe she secretly FANCIES him?

Anyway, my idea. You play as slys so (sly is dead), plus all the characters from sly 3 apart from carmelita and demitri. the objective is to find slys cane and stuff.

I didnt like the game's ending how Sly went off with Carmelita. If Sly 4 isn't about Sly's children, I think it should go something like this:

Carmelita gets fired coz she's been framed (like in Sly 2) and has to work with Sly (who goes back to thieving) and the gang. A load of other stuff happens and then Carmelita likes being on the other side of the law so much, she stays a thief.

Then finally Carmelita and Sly should get together. We all know they want eachother!
