	I am having problems declaring war, how do you do it in multiplayer, i can't during hot-seat and diplomasy menu wont let me, help!

	Have you tried simply attacking them without fear of well anything? Like you would in single player mode? 	Make them angry? Just as Krunal said , go into their territory and HURT them. Or just see if it's in the 150+ page manual? -------------------
