I would say as soon as possible. I recommend that You evolve it into an Espeon. But the choice is up to you.

I figured that out yesterday! You go to Gateon City to that parts shop. Then you will see a man by the cash register or wherever. Then you will get to pick stones to evolve your Eevee. I picked the Water cause when it's a water pokemon any water attack that a pokemon throws at you, your pokemon will gain HP. But up to you.

Yea....I chose Espeon mostly because of its speed and high special attack. Mine almost always kills an opponent in one hit.

Evolve Eevee at level 15 because at level 16, all of its evolutions learn a certain attack (ie: water gun, ember, thundershock, confusion). You won't learn another attack of their type until level 52 (ie: thunder, hydro pump, fire blast, etc.)

If you want an Umbreon or Espeon, you have to hold the evolution item for a while. So make your Eevee hold those items as soon as you get them. If not, you might miss one of its attacks. But that's only if you choose Espeon or Umbreon.

I evolved mine into a Flareon straight away. I reccomend evolving it into Flareon/Vaporeon/Jolteon because they absorb attacks that are the same type as they are.

O yea.... I also chose Espeon because I think it is the coolest one.

My Eevee had a Lonely nature meaning it's attack is raised by 10% so I evolved it into a Flareon since Flareon has the highest attack power.

Espeon learns confusion at an earlier level though and that attack is pretty good during the early part of the game.

No, you only said it for Vaporeeon. Flareon and Jolteon also absorb their own type but into fire/electric power instead of HP.
