	I would have to say the best non legendary pokemon in XD is Tyranitar. he's the one most capable of sweeping an entire team without support, especially after a Dragondance or 2. with Earthquake, Rockslide and Crunch he hits everything for at least neutral damage and hits 10 types super effectively. Sandstream gives constant damage and if holding leftovers he becomes very hard to bring down. Other contenders are Dragonite, Salamence and Marowak. Awesome stats, awesome movepools, and like Tyranitar are capable of sweeping entire teams with little or no support. I don't think anything else can compare to these 4 though i guess the Deathstar (Starmie with Confuseray and Thunderwave) deserves honourable mention. Snorlax isn't quite as useful without Rockslide though he is still awesome.
