Uh....do you have a VCR that will hook up to the TV? My 360 won't hook in to the TV itself, so I have it plugged in the VCR.

I used to have this problem with the TV I used to have in my bedroom with my Xbox until I got my brother's TV last year. Go to Radio Shack and buy this. I bought that for my old TV and it worked great. I used to get RF switches for each console I bought but with this RF Modulator you won't need to buy those anymore. It's simple to hook up so don't worry about that.

you attach a coaxial cable from the TV into the RF modulator, and then plug the 360's composite (yellow, red and white) cables into the RF modulator. its pretty simple.
VCRs have built in RF modulators.

In case you weren't sure a coaxial cable is just the wire used for cable TV. You plug a cable (coaxial) cord from the modulator to your TV and then the red, white, and yellow cords from your 360 into the modulator and you're set.

I remember those days hooking the RF adaptor back when NES used to have those "color screens" when you did not blow into the cartridge. I do not know if this applies to newer SDTVs with RF does it?

It should work without those HD parts plugged in, I'm just using the three red, white and yellow just fine without plugging the extra parts in.

I do not know if this applies to newer SDTVs with RF does it? it doesnt happen anymore with coaxial cables, that was only cause the original NES was badly designed. luckily, Nintendo fixed it with the much better 2nd version NES (top-loader) that sells for $infinity on eBay. quote help_me25
