Whats the best kinect fitness game?

So I'm getting the Star Wars bundle which comes with a special white kinect and was wondering which one of the games I should get for it? I'm stuck between these 3

Nike +


Nike + seemed like the best choice but a $50 price point is putting me off while UFC seems to be the cheapest but Total Fitness has the most versatility. What are the pro's/cons of each so on and so forth?

I was actually surprised at how playing Just Dance games at family gatherings with my sister worked my cardio. No joke.

I definitely agree that all the dance games (Dance Central 3, Just Dance 4, Zumba Fitness Core) all provide excellent cardio workouts--provided you REALLY play for a sustained 20-30 minutes a day and really throw yourself into the full-body dancing.

From a traditional workout point of view, I'm very impressed with Nike+Kinect. PlayFit compatibility, excellent tracking, excellent recordkeeping. The one flaw is that you need a TON of space.

UFC is pretty much a waste of time unless you happen to be a UFC fan.

I don't reommand you to buy Just Dance 4 because you'll end up using only you arm even kinect because Ubisoft rushed it to Xbox 360 with Wiimote's programming, I hope If Ubisoft release a patch to fix that problem.
