320 GB HD worth it?

well the typical game install is around 4-6 GB with a few being 1~ GB more or less. depends on how many you want to have installed at a time. i have a 250 and have 10-15 installed at a given time, plus around 40 XBLA games and dont run out of room. but i always delete a game whenever im done playing, i.e. all achievements or all the ones i care to get.

250 will probably be just fine. Unless you plan on loading it with a bunch of video and/or music as well.

that sounds about what im doing, so i would say 250 is more than enough. but its your call.

It all depends on what you plan to install on your system. If you have a lot of games/dlc, or intend to acquire a large library of games, then I'd recomend the larger hard drive. On the other hand, if you only plan to keep a couple of games installed at any time, you could probably get by with a fairly small hard drive.

I've got a friend who has barely scratched the surface of a 20GB HD for his old system (Usually just his current project game along with the related DLC). In contrast, my 320 is almost completely full and I'm considering the possibility of picking up a second one so I can install the rest of my games. (I have about 100 Arcade/Indie games on my HD along with about 50-60 of my regular games and a TON of DLC installed at the moment.) It all depends on how much stuff you plan to install.

250GB will do you just fine. My uncle has the same and still has over 100GB with a lot of DLC, installed games and demos. If you're only going to have 5-10 installed at a time, it'd save you money on an unnecessary 320GB hard drive.

My hard drive is 20GB guys.
