Turmy, should you and i pick the winning header once everyone submits their final one or let everyone vote on it? we should probably let everyone that wants to vote, but it would be strictly PM voting and those that made a banner cant vote for theirs.

Suggestion: Why have the forum header image link to sticky threads right under it. I suggest links to other things, that aren't accessible right below.

Well maybe taking some stickies down or rotating them out every now and then with ones in the sign so they don't all have to be there.
You can try to find links others might not readily have or not know how to find as well.

you could list as games or game help to help promote the game forums. I think it'd be good to get some cross promoting going on, with your forum being the hub. Members should be encouraged to visit forums of games they've played to assist in providing game help responses.

Maybe the link to the neo gamertag list would be good to, or even xbox live to login via web link?
Or even the 360 games page, even though it's at top and bottom a lot of people probably forget about it or don't know, or visitors don't catch on. Same with the product page, most people probably don't click that xbox sign on the upper right.
Just different stuff you can try.
