My xbox problem (Help appreciated)

Hey,

Basically my xbox has suddenly been working up. After turning it on, its on for about 20 minutes and then the fans go super loud, it turns off and get TWO red lights, not three. It does it everytime.

So I'm assuming my xbox is *bleep*ed, would microsoft send me a new one as it isn't my fault? (its in ventilated area and on a flat surface), shall i make it get RROD?

What would you guys recommend?

Ok, I've decided to force RROD onto it but its proven harder than i thought!

I've wrapped it up in towels, use a hair dryer but the problem is, the main problem i already have is that the two red lights come up after having it on for 15 minutes. So the old leave it on for ages trick wont work as it turns off already!

So is there any way i can force three red lights onto it?

No it doesn't. Theres a hole in the actual box where they scan the serial number that is imprinted on the 360 itself. If the serials don't match when you return it, you are fvcked.

Yeah, Walmart doesn't care.

Try that shit at Bestbuy, though, and they'll take it out of the box and scan it.
