	This happens to everyones game. He leaves after Ava (Goth Girl) wants to stay in the penthouse. So don't worry, it's not a glitch or anything. No one really knows what happened to him.

	Sadly, this happens to everyone. Some people have theories like 1. He is in the willing chest (I don't think so since he is still there before you bury it) 2. He left cause of Ava 3. Your the mayor now. Some people reported seeing him but he was green instead of his normal brown. Personally, I don't believe it. If you want to know his secret, you have to find it beforehand. -Sims Expert-
