Is this a game like GTA where you can do whatever you feel like in the city, or can you only shoot and stuff like that in missions? | |

Only shoot and stuff on missions, heck no, you can shoot anywhere anytime you want. If you so much as run a red light, hit a car, or punch or shoot someone in front of a cop though they will chase you and then more will follow. It's pretty open ended like GTA, but better IMO. | |
