You cant make troops follow you when using a hero, jedi or not. Attempting to do so will result in a refusal of your order.

Besides that, it might be cheap, but I have friendly fire turned off. Space battles, and battles on planets like Polis Massa and Mustafar just get you killed by teammates way too many times. Not to mention that should you kill a teammate with a hero, it decreases your saber meter. Its hard enough to keep the hero on the field as it is with the time constraints, so having a couple not so smart teammates get in the way is not something that is fun to have happen.



One Tip I would say is that when going for a command post, make sure you put your target reticle over a couple of riflemen, and tell them to follow you. They move exactly in step with you, and its nice to have a group taking over an enemy CP. You have more firepower, the CP converts faster, and as a bonus the enemy has two other targets besides you to shoot at.

Ive watched several people play on my copy of the game, and very rarely do they ever use those commands and take help in with them. It makes assaulting command posts much easier.

Tip-Never stop moving when taking Command Posts when as if it's under enermy control still enermys can spawn their and take you out with no hassle but if your moving around you can spot them and kill before they have chance too move.

on Kasshyk in Rise of the Empire mode, fall back to the main CP the minute the timer hits zero, then hop in a vechicle and wait...

Really?... I thought that was one of the improvements... The "Smarter units that follow better team commands"... Hell... That sucks

I think I kinda know how the command thing works.

If your targeting a unit and hit up it makes them follow you.

If your targeting a vehicle and you hit up it makes it halt.

If your in a vehicle without passangers and you hit up it tells people to jump in.

If your in a vehicle with passangers and you hit up it tells the people to jump out.

There might be more but that's all I've managed so far.

Here's a tip:

Always know where the entrances are when you take over a command post. Keep an eye on them all the time to makes sure no one sneak up on you. And if the entrance is a hallway then gernades are your best friend.

yes, i.e. Vader. you are nearly invincible as him. its amazing. that one level tantive 4 which i thought id never pass, once i got control of vader i instantly began kicking the living shit out of the rebels no problem. which is obvious cause hey, its vader for crying out loud. a lot of times, the rebels go like "Ahh! Vader, lets find another way!" or something like that and mostly they run from you or dont shoot you. and you extend the time bar a little for every guy you kill.

basically, Vader's the best hero in the game or at least in the top 3, which is not surprising.

I didn't know that. I mean I saw people following me every once in a while btu I thought that just happens if you do something really good and they follow you around for a while. thats awesome! I think the gaem should show you how to do this in the training thing.
