	Well, on Cloyster for the EV's go with 252 Def and 252 HP or if you really want to duel wall go with 252 sp. Def and 252 HP. It will have extremely high defense anyway. Also if you are going to duel wall go Calm for the nature, if you decide you want max defence go bold, and Ice Beam instead of Ice Shard.
