tanks as in physical defenders or do you want walls for physical and spcial?
The best tank I can think of right now is Rhyperior. It has great defense and attack.

if you want blissey, max out defense. 714 HP is useless if it goes up against a physical fighting attack. that's why you have to max out defense.

mine that I'm going to make soon is going to have EVs put in HP, full Defense especially since it has perfect defense IVs, Special Attack, and 6 Special Defense.

Ok. guys i need help with my team which is going to be used for competitve play. And yes my team does not have the usual OU's becuase i want something different but also competitive. Also i think some shud add a link from the old teambuilding thread to this new one cuz ppl dont know where this one is. Here goes:

Leafeon @ Focus Sash
(Careful)- 252 special def, 252 attack, 4 Hp
- Swords dance
- Synthesis
- Leaf blade
- Aerial Ace / X-scissor

Put ev's in spec def so it can survive a spec hit or two. Synthesis is there because with 130 base def it can also be a tank. I will try sneak in a swords dance if i can predict a swap out.

Omastar @ Damp Rock w. Swift Swim
(Modest)- 252 spec atk, 200 hp, 52 speed
- Rain Dance
- Surf/ Brine
- Ice Beam
- Ancientpower

Unusual you say? Yes wil i think the fossils are underated. With Swift swim speed is doubled which also adds to power of surf. It can survive a number of physical hits with 125 base def. Other attacks are for sweeping (110 base spec att.)

Swampert @ Chesto Berry (Impish)- 252 attack, 252 Hp, 4 spec def
- Curse
- Rest
- Earthquake
- Waterfall / Stone Edge

Curse up and then rest with chesto, then sweep. Hp Ev's so it can survive

Hippowdon @ Leftovers
(Adamant)- 252 Hp, 252 Spec Def, 4 Att
- Slack Off
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Thunder Fang

Not too sure about this one actually. It is supposed to survive a few hits with high hp and both defs. Curse hen slack off. then sweep. It does serve one purpose though as it provides marowak with a free sandstorm.

Marowak @ Thick Club
(Adamant)- 252 Hp, 252 def, 4 sp. Def
- Sandstorm
- Earthquake
- Brickbreak
- Aerial Ace/ Rock slide/ Iron Head

With Thick Club it doubles marowaks attack. So no ev's in att. It has quite high defences and should survive many hits with sandstorm which makes max spec def 426. If it can get a sandstorm in or if it is already in play expect big things from maro.

Metagross @ Leftovers
(Careful)- 252 attack, 252 speed, 4 spec def
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Agility
- Hammer Arm

With one agility it can sweep ppl's teams.

Well that is my team. I have tried to stay away from the "norm" and use others which can just about match it with the other OU's. I do know that almost my whole team is weak to earthquake. I have a few other poke's that i have trained up which i can swap for people in the team and they are Gliscor,Raikou Vespiquen and Lucario.
