first of all i posted that like a week ago and secondly slashtrey and i get along now.

I think Dialga may be better actually, because Draco Meteor is a 1HKO against offensive Palkia and a 2HKO against the most specially bulky Palkia you can get (with 0/252/252 defenses and a SpD boosting nature), assuming max SpA investment on Dialga's part. And yes, this is factoring in the drop after the 1st Draco, and no choice items.
On the other hand, Palkia can only respond with a focus punch (1HKO for physically offensive Palkia on offensive Dialga) which is unreliable as Dialga will likely break the focus with Draco Meteor, or Earthquake which is a 2HKO for the same offensive Palkia.
Problem is, if you go for a Palkia with enough offence and speed to guarantee a 2HKO with Earthquake, before Dialga gets 2 attacks off, Dialga's Draco Meteor 1HKOs it.

Both pokemon have they're uses, but in a straight up 1 vs 1, my money's on Dialga.

Dialga is better, with attacks, but Palkia looks cooler.
