Battle Tycoon

Well if you go to the cheats section of neoseeker's pearl profile, you'll see someone submitted a cheat saying the following;

Beat the 7 trainers in the single section of the battle tower. Once you have beaten them once, go a second time. You should meet the battle tycoon on the second or third time. Once you face the battle tycoon for the first time, lose to him. You will then receive a bronze award that will allow you to unlock pokemon like dialga if you have pokemon pearl.

Is that cheat true? I lost to the battle tycoon on my first time but I can't seem to figure out how exactly do you go about getting dialga or any other unlockable.

I've never heard of this. As far as getting Dialga and whatnot you can do that via GTS.

Just go to the cheats section and you'll find it. It was also confirmed by other neoseeker members.

Yes, if it were true. I tried it myself and it was fake. Unless I'm missing something.

It doesn't sound true, so I'm not going to test it. Like, it makes no sense, because what do you do if you beat him first? You can't come back and activate the egg unless you start all the way over. Also, this is the reason pokemon made the version specific catch-able pokemon, nintendo wants to encourage you to trade them.
