	ok, i have another question... about berries... do the berries that cause : frendship + base stat - actually affect the base stat or EV's? ------------------- ^{Credit to Surfin Choco for the sig and Gothic Girl for the avatar.}

	"Base Stats" are the games way of referring to EV's - I believe that they tried to keep EV's as secret values, or at least as secret as possible. Worked well, didn't it ------------------- _{I will follow you into the dark}

	Well, if they work anything like the vitamins, and I am fairly sure they do, you can only use 10 of the berries on one stat, so unfortunately you might have to re-breed the pokemon you want :/ ------------------- _{I will follow you into the dark}

	EV's as in Effort Values. theres a guide stickied on the diamond forums. i think the berries work like vitamins, in the way that they lower the EV's in a particular stat, but i dont think they have a limit to how many you can use. they're mainly used for re-setting EV's if you mess up your training, or if you get more than one type of EV and you only wanted one. ------------------- ^{Credit to Surfin Choco for the sig and Gothic Girl for the avatar.}

	Well you can only use up to a maximum of 10 vitamins (well atually they only work up to 100 EV's, no further, but the same effect), so I assume there is a limit on how many berries you can use. What that limit is, I have no idea. ------------------- _{I will follow you into the dark}

	i think you might be able to use more vitamins if you lower it to under 100 EV's. like get it to 100, use a berry [EV's = 90] then use another vitamin. i think it just wont let you use vitamins to get past 100 EV's not that you cant use more than 10 of each ------------------- ^{Credit to Surfin Choco for the sig and Gothic Girl for the avatar.}
