I quite like it, my only problems is you've used a lotta bulbasaur and there's a lotta space not used up... Apart from that it's pretty neat, and unique.

Two fire types, two rocks and two grounds - all coloured with their weakness of water - the recolour was from Mantyke
The trainer (ruin maniac or something?) was chosen as he uses ground/rock types being weak against water. Felix is often associated with cats and since they generally don't like water I thought I'd use it for the name.

Kingdra's part dragon so it does share the ice weakness ^^ On Serebii I made sure to only use Pokemon listed under dragon.

But it's also part water type which cancels out the ice weakness

It shouldn't matter anyways
