The only competition for Renee there was Zachiria, but Renee didn't think much of him, they weren't really rivals cause they only met once, this time Renee's appeal was first
Renee came on stage and Threw the pokeball into the air above him, Aipom came out and landed on Renee's head juggling the ball with his Tail, then he hit to ball to Renee who put it away, then Aipom jumped to the center of the stage and started spinning on his back (like that break dancing moved) and slowly started moving up until he was spinning on his head. (i know Dawn used this in the show but it's cool) Then Aipom started using swift while spinning, creating a ring of stars around him, then he jumped to his feet, spun around hitting the stars away with his tail and stood there smiling
The crowd and judges looked impressed but not near as much as they usually do

Brandon: let's do this.

The judges announced that Zachiria was through to the next round but there was a tie bewteen Renee and a guy named Zeus for second, they had to do an appeal with no time to get ready for it, and they had to do it at the same time
