Make a Pokemon City!

OK, since most of you didn't get a good tutorial for the fake pictures(since the one Joel made was on Adobe Photoshop), here's how to make it good on PAINT.
First, right click on this picture and press "copy".

Then go to start => Programs => Accessories => Paint. Then look around the paint window and see if you see a toolbar. If you do, that's great. Now, open a new paint window, open up the tools, now, magnifie the screen, and outline it, and rigth click and hit copy, go to the first one and magnifie, right click and hit paste, looking at the Pokemon games, you should know what to do.

Here is The War, a terrible fight versus The Officals and Team Rocket




This is the war versus Team Rocket and The Officals. Team Rocket have the new
Blue, Red, and Green Commando, and a army of Gengar.

The Officals are very desperate to defeat them, the
Gold Officers are low, and a Blue Soldier is very hurt.

The Red Soldiers are on forward, the Green Soldiers are on defense Larry (the guy walking) is running to deploy more Pokemon. They are trying to protect the Gold Orb, which powers the Ilex Shrines time travel warp.
The Light Blue and Green are the Captains.

This is The Offical's outside base, the jail has a
Blue Rocket Member is being held there and the Pokemon are being tested for injuries, the Food Room is serving Lasanga for dinner! The Soldiers are having a meeting. The Black Soldier is the Supreme Commander

I can't find program after I clicked copy
