Oh if you mean that then you're probably out of luck. You have to be a skilled and experienced hacker (which usually involves having no life for at least a small period of time).

If you're actually willing to put that much effort in, then you should look for help elsewhere because I doubt anyone on here knows much about it.

Getting into the game's actual coding would be difficult. If you're gonna do it, I'd advise constructing you own engine and making an entirely new Pokemon game.
There are some programmes that make coding games easier out there, and there are also some guides on how to programme a Pokemon engine.

And don't you guys have to go to school

I've never seen the guides myself, but my friend has.
As for softwares, there are programmes such as Game Maker.
