Okay I finished the book, and was shocked. I'm not going to say anything yet. Whe people come I'll start talking. This is the forum where we can talk about the Half Blood Prince, and what the next book might be like. Please don't post unless you have completed the book or you will just prove your self as stupid.

I was so shocked...I was reading in my room when (it) happened and I was like are the writers allowed to do that. I creid. It was so sad.Everyone that harry loves is dieing.

I was suprised when Snape did it but I wasn't sad. I really thought Dumbledore would survive. But what you said, everyone that Harry loves is dieing. Well I think what Mrs. Weasley saw with the bogart in the 5th book, will be a pretty important part. I think that the people he loves (Ginny, Hermione, Ron) will end up dieing to save Harry and ultimatley defeat Voldemort.

I was shocked too, and a bit upset, I liked Dumbledore, he was probably the funniest person in this book, as there wasn't too much Fred and George. I nearly cried when it happened...

I was shocked. My mouth was hanging open. I knew Snape would do the curse, but I didn't think Dumbledore would die. He was really funny, especially his random, out of no where ideas.

I didnt think snape would do it at all because dumbledore trusted hm so much. I figured he would suddenly kill all the death eaters. but whats done is done . I actually creid a little bit. It was sad.but i do agree that ron and hermione will have to help and kill voldemort with harry.

Well Dumbledore said in the book that he's made mistakes and that he's human. That was huge foreshadowing. Also the burnt hand showed weakness.

ya but i knew he wasnt but for some reason always thought of dumbledore as being imune to death.

some people think that when dumbledore was saying "please, severus," he was begging to be killed cuz of the pain

OMG, people. J.K. Rowling said that a very important person was going to die in the HBP. If it wasn't him, it probably would have been Ron or Hermione. Right now, all I care about is getting my hands on the seventh book when it comes out. In case you didn't know, the seventh book is called Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I also can't wait for the fifth movie to come out

Yeah, I too was shocked. Especially since I have this soft spot for Draco.
