I read somewhere, years ago, that there was an extended finale sequence to Eye of the Beholder; so that when you defeat Xanthar the Beholder, you get a bit more than just a 'congratulations' and a quit to DOS.

Does anyone know where I can get this from now? - I seem to remember it was on the cover disk of an old PC Magazine, but I've no idea which one, can anyone help please?

The extended finale sequence can be seen in the AMIGA version of the game.

the ending had to be removed because it went over disk size. would've taken another disk and publisher said no

think it might be on youtube. if not the people at mobygames have some videos somewhere of the game and mightve posted the video

but it wasn't a huge deal ending like you'd have at the end of a big story. was a short cinema scene
