...actually this was intended for people to post which they use.

This thread seems like spam to me since manual is always used for drag and auto would be the number one choice for non-drag races.

Are you serious? You mean you noobs all use autos?? hahahah the game is so boring without manual. It's like playing pinball without the ball.

First of all I'm not a noob, newbie. If we don't agree with you that doesn't mean we are wrong.

I love to drive manual, but when you crash, you have to shift back all the way to 1st gear.

I like manual but most of the time I use automatic...and WHAT!?

Okay, I get the point, any excuse to use that mooney thing. Shifting back to first ain't so hard, although I don't crash so I wouldn't know!

Hey yo turn all that down just becuase people don't use what you use doesn't make you any better. I don't use manual to me it sucks becuase I may forget to shift I'm more of a speed type person open road auto engine and my C6 or DB9 and I'm unstopabble just becuase I don't use manual doesn't make me less of a racer if you use both then you got it made your a double theat.

Basically, auto lets you get to your top speed without any shift problems, however, manual gives you more control over your RPM when you powerslide.

I prefer auto. I hardly ever use manual unless I want to experiment with it. I barely play this game anymore though...

manual, u can push ur engine more, auto, u dont have to worrie about it, but in auto, u can still switch the gears urself!

manual tranny gives an extra 20-30 mph or so.

auto i'd have to switch gears too quickly in the beginning since my car has a 9.78 quarter mile and 0.98 0-60. It's even hard for drags because i blow my engine on gear 6 becuase i'm going top speed too long.
