I don't think you can get Heat Level 5 until after beating Ronnie (#3).

Im on #7 and I need to raise my bounty about 150,000 but I can't do it. >_< Every damn time I seem to get into a good pursuit, I get rammed by those SUVS and then boxed in by the cops. Can i get some pointers?

I'm on number 4 JV I also managed to get websters corvette it has some parts you can't buy yet.

Finished the game now. The last cop chase wasn't as hard as I expected. The SUVs didn't really cause much of a problem.

I hate those SUVs. They always seem to end it for me when I have a great pursuit going.

Try to use the speedbreaker to help dodge them. Sometimes when I hear the cops call for rhino units I try to make my way to the freeway with four lanes its easier to dodge them.

Yeah, the freeway work nice. Always when trying to hit roadblocks use speedbreakers.

Use pursuit breakers and reach top speed.

Thats what I do it works for me. I never used Speedbreaker for roadblocks. I try to aim for the back end of the car its lighter there than in the front.

But you can use speed breaker and aim for the back end of the car

If your not going fast enough you wint push the car out of the way to get by and you cold possibly end up getting busted. I think I found the ultimate get away car without doing that much work on it to fix it. The car is the Porsche GT.
