Okay so I'm at the Blacklist 4 and only have 2 milestones completed
I can't complete any other milestones,I almost got the ones you have to escape after doing stuff like hitting 28 cops but always get busted, anyone have some tips for me?
Oh and I'm driving the Corvette I got from the #5 and only got my nitrous to ultimate

cool you got webster's corvette, i love that car!!!!

go on the rosewood highway and all you'll need to do is avoid the spike strips and you'll be going so fast that the cop cars will flip or do a few 360s when you ram their spoilers. don't hit the engines or middle of the car on the roadblocks, you'll get caught 1 of 3 times. if they try a rolling block pit one of the cops when they try to pass you and they'll run into the other cops and slow them down or get flipped by them.

also try the speedtrap milestones. they're easier!

ok fist of all his corvette sucks!!!! second of all you have probably beat him already considering this was months ago and 3rd of all highway is good but it has no puruit breakers and few hiding spots
