Wrong. I think it's 2:1. Each 3rd time you start a game, Sonny's is number 3 instead of 2.

Wow i really need help with the rivals cars im on black list# 4 jv-joe Vegas

For PC need for speed most wanted i've got all the rivals pink slip by these steps :
1.Challenge and win him/her
2.choose the markers with (?) images and always start choosing from the middle one
3. if you got the pink slip you may choose another marker especially the performance cause it will open the junk man upgrade that you can only get it from here
4.if you don't get it choose between the first or the last and if you still don't get it, press alt+f4 and your game will be shutdown and the autosave won't save the races between you and your current rival
5.challenge him/her once more and repeat step 3 and 4 you could get the pink slip easily and surely
